Austin Parker's expertise is no longer limited to Italian-designed lobsterboats. With yachts to fit every taste, the yard has evolved into a multiproduct enterprise. Four years ago, the restyling process began, which led to a repositioning of the yard. After the sale of the Tuscan brand to Turkish businessman Barış Nalkacı, which took place in August of 2023, the new owner actively engaged in the product range development. The current line-up includes four Ibiza boats with walkaround decks, three classic 'lobster' models of the Mahòn line and tPalma flybridge experimental 66 ft model.
At the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024, the yard introduced two additional product lines: Unica multihulls (58, 68, and 78 ft) and Iconica 'navettas' (77, 88, and 100 ft). The multihulls are based on the CAT56 project from 2023. It has been enhanced and enlarged by two feet, and revealed at CYF as the Unica 58.
With the 30.5 m Iconiсa 100 the yard steps into the superyacht category. Two years ago, the AL 86 Fly was announced as a one-off project, but its development was put to a halt. The exterior and interior design of the Iconica 100 were done by the Pininfarina Atelier and Fulvio De Simoni. The renowned Italian studios started working with Austin Parker a few years ago and helped the yard to develop a unique style.
The main saloon leads up to the panoramic skylounge, where guests will spend evenings playing and talking. Here, on the upper deck, the common outdoor seating areas are centred. A solarium and Jacuzzi occupy the overhang, while a dining table for eight is placed in the shade of the hardtop in front of the skylounge. In front of the wheelhouse there is a lounge with a U-shaped sofa, a table and two sun beds.
The interiors of the superyacht will receive luxurious finishes and premium furniture. For example, the open decks will be furnished with pieces from the Segno collection, which Pininfarina designed for Reflex.
The new Austin Parker models will be equipped with solar panels to reduce fuel consumption and emissions and state-of-the-art navigation systems for easier handling.
