At the Cantiere delle Marche shipyard, the ceremonial handover of the 43-meter yacht Babbo took place (not to be confused with their 31-meter vessel of the same name launched in 2016). This is a fully custom project featuring exterior and interior design by Francesco Paszkowski and naval architecture from Hydro Tec.
The luxurious expedition yacht, with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, is powered by two robust 1,000-horsepower Caterpillar engines that comply with IMO Tier III regulations, allowing for a maximum speed of 14 knots. The yacht boasts impressive autonomy, with a fresh water capacity of 10,000 liters and fuel capacity of 60,000 liters—enabling Babbo to cover 5,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 10 knots. Onboard, there are comfortable accommodations for 12 guests and nine crew members.
