Project Vento: the new flagship of Turquoise
Turquoise Yachts has announced the launch of its 87.7-metre superyacht project Vento, marking the largest yacht ever built by the yard in both length and volume.
The new build features exterior and interior design by British studio H2 Yacht Design, for which this is a 12th collaboration with Turquoise Yachts over 17 years. Vento has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure and is characterised by soft exterior lines and a hull finished in a blue “Tour de France” shade.
Measuring 2,550GT, Vento surpasses the yard’s previous flagship, the 79-metre Nympheas, by almost 10 metres in length and 404GT.
The yacht is scheduled for delivery later this year. Following delivery, she will be offered for charter.
Key exterior features include expansive deck spaces, two Jacuzzis and a large beach club equipped with a drive-in tender dock, fold-down side terraces and natural light provided by skylights from the pool above. Wellness facilities on board include a full spa with hammam and sauna, a panoramic gym on the bridge deck and a 6.5-metre glass-surround swimming pool with contra-flow on the main deck.
Entertainment amenities include DJ stations in multiple areas, a golf simulator and a touch-and-go helipad that can also be used as a basketball court. The sundeck incorporates informal seating, a cooking area with teppanyaki and barbecue grills, an outdoor cinema, a bar and fixed sunpads arranged around one of the Jacuzzis.
Interior design follows what H2 Yacht Design describes as a refined Art Deco approach, combining curved forms, rich materials and blue accent detailing. Guest accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests across seven cabins, including an owner’s suite located forward on a private deck. Crew accommodation is provided for 27.
A lift connects all decks, while the central atrium features an open staircase and a suspended sculpture by Dale Chihuly. The yacht carries a full selection of tenders and water toys.
