В 2013 году единственный российский шеф-повар, вошедший в престижный список The San Pellegrino World ‘s 50 Best Restaurants Awards, президент российского Boсuse d`Or Анатолий Комм и Дени Мартан, обладатель двух звезд Мишлен и восемнадцати баллов гастрономического путеводителя «Ги Мийо» запускают совместный проект — авторские гастрономические курсы. Звезды сontemporary cuisine готовы раскрыть секреты приготовления ужина, достойного звезды Мишлен. Авторские мастер-классы будут проходить на базе ресторана Denis Martin в швейцарском Веве. Попасть на гастрономический практикум смогут только 60 человек в год. Все занятия Анатолий Комм и Дени Мартан будут вести лично.
