Lazzara UHV150: The White Knight
The Florida-based shipyard is developing several yacht lines. Among them are catamarans, day cruisers and flybridge sports yachts. The UHV in the name of the line, to which the new superyacht belongs, stands for ‘ultra high volume’.
The new 46 metre model has a gross tonnage of just under 500 gross tonnes. The open spaces are comparable to 50m or even 57m yachts, and the owner will have a private deck at his disposal. The proud profile, with its continuous windows from bow to stern in the sides and the original C-shaped glazing on the upper deck level, is imposing and masculine. It is as if we have a knight's helmet with a plume - a radar arch. A large swimming pool with hydromassage is installed in the front part of the sandeck, and on its overhang there is a relaxation area around the fire bowl. In between (under the hardtop) you can have an al fresco dining experience. After all, what could be better than an evening under the tropical stars looking down on the vast expanse of the sea! The transom panel lowers to the water, opening up a passageway to the beach club. It has enough room to put out sun loungers and moor two jet skis.
The owner and his guests will live in six spacious cabins. Following the client's wishes, London-based design studio H2 has combined Art Deco and Neoclassical features in the interior design. With a gym and spa on board, passengers will be in top shape for the entire journey. Travelling from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean on the Lazzara UHV 150 will be a pleasant sea voyage, comfortable and safe. The fast displacement hull is made of advanced e-glass epoxy composite.
The yacht is characterised by high demands on life support systems, air conditioning and noise absorption. The innovative propulsion system ensures low vibration and low emissions to meet modern environmental standards. The first hull of Lazzara UHV 150 will be delivered to the customer in 2027.
