Turkish shipyard Mengi Yay has revealed the first interior renderings of the NL 50 Plus, a 52.6-metre yacht developed in collaboration with renowned Italian design studio Nuvolari Lenard. The first hull is currently under construction in Istanbul and is scheduled for delivery in 2026.
The yacht’s interiors exude a relaxed yet refined aesthetic, characterised by warm tones, clean lines, and exquisite finishes crafted from fine woods.

The NL 50 Plus features a "high-efficiency" hull designed by naval architects Van Oossanen. One of its standout features is the expansive sundeck, which the creators describe as one of the largest in its class. The sundeck includes a heated spa pool and a fire pit, while the aft section houses a beach club with a fold-down platform and an additional pool.
The owner’s suite spans an impressive 50 square metres and includes a private office, a spa-style bathroom, and a retractable balcony. For guests, the yacht offers four VIP cabins on the lower deck. Accommodations for up to eight crew members are also provided.

"The retractable balcony offers multiple configurations," explains naval architect Carlo Nuvolari. "When closed, it creates a small outdoor space where you can sit and enjoy the sea breeze by simply opening the door. When extended, the balcony’s railings deploy automatically, making it the perfect spot to take in the views of the sea and surrounding landscapes."

The foredeck is designed as a lounge area that can also double as an open-air cinema. Additionally, the bow will include storage space for tenders.
Previously, Mengi Yay launched the 47 m superyacht Serenissima II, designed by Nuvolari Lenard.
