К нему в ресторане, известном своей исключительной винной коллекцией, советуют выбрать культовый Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru «Les Folatieres» Domaine Xavier Monnot или из русского «Баллет Блан Красная горка от «Галицкий и Галицкий».
