В начале нового года верфь Pendennis закончила рефит 29-метрового парусника Margaret Ann. Он был построен восемь лет назад совместно с архитектурным бюро Dubois. Сохранив все особенности парусника, верфь за четыре месяца обновила элементы двигательной системы, якорную цепь, тиковое покрытие, а также сделала новую покраску. Уже этим летом Margaret Ann доступна в чартер в Средиземноморье.
