Sweets boutique
"A dessert should amaze and awaken desire. A true delicacy is something you want to taste again and again," says François Perret, recognized as one of the world's best pastry chefs. In the very heart of literary Paris, the patisserie of the legendary Ritz Paris hotel has opened, offering sweets crafted from his recipes.
The selection is dazzling. There’s a collection of trompe-l'œil éclairs with exquisite chocolate, vanilla, and coffee creams, the signature mille-feuille, Viennese pastries, marble cakes, and seasonal baked goods. Also on offer are beloved dessert drinks topped with airy cream mousse. Savory sandwiches haven’t been forgotten either. Additionally, guests can purchase gifts such as Teddy bear-shaped chocolates, various types of tea and coffee, champagne, candles scented like favorite desserts, chef aprons, kitchenware, books by François, and much more. A particular point of pride is the first Ritz Paris Le Comptoir coffee blend, crafted from beans sourced from three terroirs (Ethiopia, Colombia, and Honduras). It features notes of chocolate and caramel, a bouquet of yellow fruits, and a fleeting floral aroma.
