Dubai is set to get even more marinas. Turkish company D-Marin is building a Mediterranean-style marina Port De La Mer in the emirate. The harbor is located at the northern tip of La Mer peninsula.
The first phase of the marina is scheduled to debut in October 2024 and will include 32 berths for yachts up to 40 metres in length. Subsequent phases are planned to increase capacity to 160 berths for vessels up to 80 metres in length.
This is the fifth D-Marin-managed marina in the region, adding to the
existing marinas at Jaddaf Waterfront, Marasi Bay and Marina Al Seef Dubai, as well as Marsa Al Arab.
