A floating villa is a pretty common cliché when speaking about yachts, but the new Oceano 39 epitomises this concept perfectly. This yacht resembles a three-storey glazed house with a patio and a swimming pool. The glazing area is truly impressive, making Oceano 39 one of the most transparent boats on the market. There is nothing to obscure the sea view from inside the yacht, and some of the glass surfaces slide open to let in the fresh sea breeze and allow you to blend in with your surroundings.

The exterior design is by the ever-present Alberto Mancini, while the custom interiors were designed by Studio Verme in collaboration with Overmarine's in-house styling department.

The first hull in the series has four spacious guest cabins on the lower deck and a master suite forward on the main deck. The master suite includes a spacious bedroom with an automated folding balcony, a huge walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The owners area sits directly below the pool on the foredeck and light streams into the room through its glass bottom.

As with the older models in the Oceano range, the starboard and port folding bulwarks can be lowered to the water at anchor, creating a huge aft area for relaxing near the water.

The first hull of Mangusta Oceano 39 is equipped with two MTU 12 V 2000 M 86 engines with an output of 1700 hp, which develop a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 16 knots, with a range of 2600 nautical miles. There are also optional M96Ls, with up to 2600 hp, providing a top speed of 20 knots.
