As nature prepares for winter hibernation, travellers flock to the tropics in search of the warm ocean, palm trees and exotic cuisine. But to taste something bright, nourishing and spicy, you don't have to go so far away — the restaurant in the ‘Burevestnik’ yacht club has added a whole collection of Asian-style dishes to its autumn menu. While colours are fading outside, a tropical palette of shades, tastes and aromas will blossom on your plate.

In autumn, the body needs vitamins more than ever, and hunting season is a good time to do it. Wild meat contains less fat and more vitamins, amino acids and microelements. For example, venison, one of the healthiest meats, is richer in vitamins A, B, C and PP, which have beneficial effect on the human organism, than beef. The Burevestnik restaurant offers whole game, dumplings, cutlets, burgers, stuffed cabbage, basturma, roasted beef, meatballs, kupaty, cevapchichi with bacon and other dishes, as well as processing of hunters' haul.
