Меню разработано шеф-поваром Светланой Кузнецовой и отражает авторский взгляд на русские домашние блюда.Светлана рекомендует попробовать ладожский судак и фирменный бефстроганов, который с 2005 года здесь готовят по рецепту, подаренному отелю баронессой Элен де Людингаузен-Строгановой.
