Регата проходит в течение двух дней. В первый день в гонке участвуют восемь команд, четыре из которых продолжают борьбу за главный трофей на второй день. Победитель получает хронометр Officine Panerai из ограниченной серии, специально изготовленной и посвященной данному событию. В этом году Officine Panerai был выпущен хронометр Luminor Chrono Regatta 2003 в количестве всего 399 экземпляров.
