Ulyssia Residences AG has introduced an innovative concept for a 320-meter residential superyacht, developed in partnership with the acclaimed superyacht designer Espen Øino and Meyer Werft. This remarkable vessel features 119 residences and 13 guest suites, offering luxurious living in some of the world's most iconic and remote locations.

The residences vary in size from 166 to over 1,400 square meters, comprising one to six bedrooms, living areas, open-plan kitchens, and expansive terraces. While at sea, both permanent residents and guests will have access to a wide array of water toys, including submarines, as well as guided excursions to the yacht's destinations.

The exclusive interiors, designed by FM Architettura and eight other designers, including Rémi Tessier and Lenny Kravitz, provide each residence with a unique flair. Ulyssia also boasts its own yacht club, a diving center, and a versatile wellness complex from the Swiss company Chenot, along with a fitness center and a medical clinic equipped with CT and MRI machines. The ship includes numerous indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a bi-level theater, a large library, and several meeting rooms.

Ulyssia is offered through a shared ownership model, enabling occupants to co-own the vessel in shares that correspond to the living space they purchase over its lifetime. This arrangement fosters a close-knit community of residents who share interests in gourmet cuisine, diving, sailing, art, and literature. To promote sustainability, the yacht is outfitted with an advanced integrated energy system designed for efficient waste management and recycling.
