The exterior design, layout, and naval architecture of the Pearl 100 Hybrid were developed with Dixon Yacht Design, while the refined interior was created by renowned designer Kelly Hoppen.

At 29.43 meters, this yacht is currently Pearl's largest model and the first in its range to feature a hybrid propulsion system.

The twin-shaft e-Motion hybrid system combines two 2,000 hp MAN V12 diesel engines with two permanent-magnet, radial-flux electric motors. The system supports multiple operating modes, including silent electric cruising and an extended-range mode. The included E-Motion Power Pack supplies power for "hotel" loads, allowing nights at anchor in complete silence without running generators, reducing both fuel consumption and noise levels.

The yacht accommodates ten guests in five cabins, including a master suite located on the main deck with access to its own foredeck terrace.

Numerous leisure scenarios have been thoughtfully designed on board. The large flybridge offers sunbathing by the jacuzzi pool and a bar to relax at. The upper deck houses a wellness center with Technogym fitness equipment. The foredeck features a lounge area made possible by the raised pilothouse. The cockpit and beach club are enhanced by fold-down bulwarks, adding space for relaxation and social gatherings right at the water's edge. The garage accommodates a Williams tender and a Sea-Doo jet ski.

For the interior of the first Pearl 100 Hybrid hull, Kelly Hoppen used the Monochrome design concept with an emphasis on elegance, geometry, and comfort. Going forward, however, Pearl Yachts clients will be offered a choice of style options: Indulgence, Luxury, or Modern, each with its own unique character and exclusive finishes.

With this ambitious project, Pearl Yachts is raising the length benchmark of its fleet to 30 meters (the previous maximum being the Pearl 95 series) and expects the Pearl 100 Hybrid to appeal to buyers who favor quiet, fuel-efficient, and technologically advanced yachts.
