Every game has its levels. In the world of maxi-RIBs (large, high-speed rigid-inflatable boats), SACS rules supreme. Since its founding in 1989, the SACS shipyard has been setting its own rules and standards in the construction of premium RIBs. To achieve this, the company offers a wide range of boats from 7 to 20 m. The Italian shipyard is widely known not only for the quality and thoughtful design of its boats but also for its striking collaborations with global brands from the worlds of fashion, cars, and design – such as joint projects with the Italian fashion house Kiton, the German tuning atelier Mansory, or the collaboration with the Christian Grande Design Studio. These partnerships transform RIBs, which are work boats by nature, into true masterpieces of industrial art.

In this article, we are focusing on one of the brand's most striking models — the Strider 13. This stylish RIB, with an overall length of 13.47 m and a beam of 3.98 m, is built on a thoroughly reworked hull (compared to previous models) with a deadrise angle of 23.2°. According to the official specifications, it can carry up to 16 people onboard and sleeps four.

Wherever the Strider 13 appears, it is a true showstopper — you will never lack attention from connoisseurs. It looks especially stylish and original in the combination of black tubes and burgundy exterior upholstery, as seen in our photos. Of course, various other colour schemes are available, and you can opt for different upholstery, tubing, gelcoat, and even the deck flooring and caulking — either natural teak or synthetic. There are several cockpit configurations with names that speak for themselves — Maxi Tender (a support vessel for superyachts), Party Boat, and Luxury Cruiser. And, of course, a wide range of interior finishing materials is offered.

The sleek silhouette, with a distinctive windscreen shape that would be more at home on a fighter jet, leaves no doubt about the boat's true purpose. Everything about this RIB is geared towards speed, handling, and instant response while maintaining maximum passenger comfort. Depending on the owner's preferences, the boat can be ordered with either inboard or outboard motorisation, but neither option is a compromise — in both cases, the boat delivers that amazing feeling of flying over the water combined with the sensation of absolute control over the techno-beast beneath your feet.

The number of available engine packages will surprise even the most discerning buyer — there are solutions from world-class manufacturers that allow the Strider 13 to reach speeds of up to 52 knots! The responsiveness and precision of the steering and the rich, velvety rumble of the engines, combined with an inexhaustible power reserve, make both the pilot and passengers fall in love with the boat from the very first ride. On board, there is everything you need to call this boat the ideal day cruiser: huge lounge areas both aft – with two dining tables that can be combined into one large dining area – and in the bow; a separate head with a spacious shower and large windows; a fully equipped galley with plenty of storage; a super-powerful stereo system with speakers throughout the boat; convenient handrails in the right places; and excellent wind and sun protection for the cockpit while maintaining great visibility, which is essential for such a fast and manoeuvrable boat.

You are always welcome to retreat to the lower deck to chill out in an air-conditioned space, or simply take a nap on one of the two double berths that the Strider 13 comes with. As is the unwavering tradition at Sacs, everything you can touch is finished with expensive, pleasantly tactile materials, providing an additional sense of exclusivity and enhancing onboard comfort.

A fuel capacity of 1000 litres and a 170-litre water tank mean you can embark on a long cruise without overly frequent stops. From the very first metres underway, the Strider 13 leaves no doubt that an exhilarating sea adventure awaits you — an experience you will recall again and again. Importantly, the cockpit remains remarkably dry, even when you carve through the waves in sharp turns. The hull cuts through the wake of other vessels so effectively that when you take hands off the helm, the boat still maintains its course for some time. Confident handling, excellent visibility, and a permanent power reserve — all this gives you a feeling of confidence, thrill, and sincere delight and admiration.
