Marina development at GloraX Premium Grebnoi Kanal: a new era for waterfront living

The Yakhtenniy Port division of the Burevestnik Group holdings is set to design, build, and provide comprehensive maintenance for a marina at the waterfront of the GloraX Premium Grebnoi Kanal residential quarter. The marina will be complemented by spaces for relaxation and yoga, a Japanese rock garden, spa salons, and a restaurant cluster. There will also be numerous opportunities for water sports and entertainment.
The marina will be accessible to all local residents, allowing them to dock yachts, boats, or jet skis and perform their maintenance.
"Nizhny Novgorod is a city of two great rivers, the Volga and the Oka. We understand how important it is for the people of Nizhny Novgorod to have access to well-developed waterfront infrastructure for leisure, sports, and entertainment," comments Ilnar Shiriezdanov, Project Management Director for the North-Volga Region at GloraX. "Creating a modern marina that meets all current requirements in the challenging climatic conditions of freezing winters and hot summers is a complex, multi-stage process that only a company with such extensive experience can handle."
He noted that this collaboration will extend to other GloraX projects, not only in Nizhny Novgorod but also in other regions where waterfront projects are planned.
According to GloraX analysts, only 1-2% of residential complexes across Russia include similar waterfront facilities in their infrastructure, and until now, such projects have not been represented in Nizhny Novgorod. The city faces a shortage of yachting infrastructure and private watercraft berths. The marina at the GloraX Premium Grebnoi Kanal project will attract affluent residents and meet their needs in elite yachting sports.
