Heesen Yachts announces acquisition by Dutch entrepreneur Laurens Last.



Heesen Yachts, the renowned Dutch shipyard known for crafting high-quality aluminum and steel motor yachts, has announced its full acquisition by Dutch entrepreneur and investor Laurens Last.
Mr. Last is a Dutch entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record in manufacturing and international business development. Through his TSAL Family Office, he manages a portfolio of companies and is dedicated to fostering long-term growth and accelerating innovation. Laurens Last is also known to be a passionate yachtsman, which means he also brings with him a deep personal connection to the yachting lifestyle and community.

Heesen reported a record-breaking financial performance in 2024, with revenue reaching EUR 209 million and EBITDA of EUR 17 million, underscoring its solid foundation and readiness for future growth. Under Mr. Last’s steering leadership, the company will continue to focus on global sales expansion, technological innovation, and excellence in yacht design and construction.
