Leonardo Checchi of the Florence-based studio ArDeMo Yacht & Design has seamlessly combined form and function in the exterior and interior design of the 52-meter yacht Noon. While many designers aim to make hardtops light and unobtrusive, Checchi opted for wide wing-like supports that transition into the bulwarks of the main deck (reminiscent of the 140-meter Solaris). The superstructure of Noon is shifted towards the stern, featuring a flattened profile and seamless glazing on all sides, with zigzagging windows running along the hull.
The yacht boasts two equally luxurious master suites on the main deck, which can be combined if desired. Naturally, these spaces are designed to maximise natural light. Four guest cabins are located on the lower deck. Overall, the yacht’s silhouette is bold and aggressive. The sundeck is equipped with a jacuzzi, offering the perfect spot to relax in warm, bubbling water while enjoying breathtaking views. At the stern, an expansive beach club provides direct access to the water.
At the owner's request, Project Noon can be outfitted with a hybrid propulsion system incorporating hydrogen fuel cells. The yacht is expected to have a range of 3,500 nautical miles, a top speed of 19 knots, and a comfortable cruising speed of 15 knots.
