Gocek, or Göcek as the locals pronounce it, was once a small fishing village nestled on the shores of the bay that shares its name. Today, it has transformed into a magnet for cruise enthusiasts and yachting aficionados. Amidst this untouched natural beauty lies the Yazz Collective resort, a secluded haven accessible only by the hotel’s private boat or your own yacht. The resort boasts its own marina, and if no berths are available, you can anchor in the bay and reach the dock via tender.

Yazz Collective is the brainchild of Timur Savci, the producer of the epic series The Magnificent Century.

This destination is a true paradise for yachtsmen and lovers of luxury living. Everything here is designed to harmonize with nature: open-air spa zones, yoga platforms, a panoramic-view restaurant, and a gym under the open sky. Even the culinary philosophy embraces the farm-to-table concept, with the chef crafting dishes from seasonal ingredients that highlight the flavors of the Mediterranean.

Set within the lush greenery of a shaded garden, the resort features 13 suites and 3 luxury accommodations, all designed by the FAAR Concept studio. Every element of the interior is crafted from natural materials. Here, the Mediterranean meets Bali, with chestnut furniture, bamboo doors, outdoor (and indoor) showers, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

In May, the resort will unveil 19 new villas, each with its own private garden and pool.

Guests can relax at the beach club, watching yachts gently sway at the marina while soaking in the azure hues of the sea. Evenings bring movie screenings on the beach, and weekends come alive with parties featuring live DJ sets.

The resort’s main restaurant, surrounded by olive trees and perched at the water’s edge, offers a terrace perfect for leisurely breakfasts accompanied by aromatic Turkish coffee. In the evening, guests are treated to a Mediterranean culinary experience, from simple grilled chicken to lamb, fish, and seafood baked with fragrant spices. For the new season, the resort has introduced an exclusive gastronomic program that delves into the region's culinary traditions. Guests can enjoy excursions to local markets, participate in masterclasses on cooking meat and fish over an open flame, and learn the art of bread baking.

For those looking to explore nearby attractions, the town of Fethiye is just a 15-minute ride away on the hotel’s private boat. History enthusiasts can visit the rock-carved tomb of Lycian King Amyntas or take a 40-minute taxi ride from Fethiye to the village of Kayaköy, where a hike will lead you to the 11th-century Af Kule Monastery, offering breathtaking views of the Greek island of Rhodes.
