The marina will be part of a multifunctional complex that includes tourism, business and shopping infrastructure. Good news for foodies: the Jet Fresh Market will be built nearby, where, thanks to the proximity to the airport, it will be possible to buy the freshest products from all over the world and replenish the food supplies of a yacht before a cruise. There will be facilities for sports and outdoor activities, while exhibition halls and open spaces will regularly host art exhibitions and other projects. They will even organize platforms for plane spotting (watching the maneuvers of taking off and landing aircraft at close range). Autonomous taxis and shuttles that can transport up to 8000 people per hour will operate on the territory of the complex. In fact, there will be a high-class resort with developed infrastructure, which will sharply increase the attractiveness of Hong Kong for yachting. The complex is to be completed in several phases between 2026 and 2031.
