Designed by American naval architect Bill Tripp, the Y6 will measure 20 meters in length and enable YYachts to significantly expand its market reach by entering the segment of yachts that do not require professional crews.

YYachts CEO Till Hahndscheidt says that, for many yacht owners, true luxury lies in the ability to travel independently, without a crew. They want to enjoy the yacht with family or close friends. The Y6 offers this opportunity, embodying YYachts’ core principle — absolute simplicity.

Made from carbon fiber and epoxy resin, the Y6 boasts not only cruising capabilities but also strong racing potential, allowing owners to change the rigging and participate in ORC-class regattas. The first two hulls will be ready for delivery in spring 2026.
