Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, MB&F has unveiled two limited-edition timepieces: the Legacy Machine (LM) Perpetual Longhorn and the LM Sequential Flyback Longhorn. Both models feature 44mm stainless steel cases housing intricate mechanisms and open-worked dials, paired with beige calfskin straps.

The LM Perpetual Longhorn is equipped with MB&F’s award-winning perpetual calendar mechanism, developed in collaboration with master watchmaker Stephen McDonnell. Comprising 581 components, this innovative mechanism overcomes the challenges typical of traditional perpetual calendars by incorporating a mechanical processor that disables the correction pushers during calendar transitions.

The LM Sequential Flyback Longhorn, also designed by McDonnell, is based on the LM Sequential EVO series introduced in 2022. It features the groundbreaking Twinverter binary switch, which allows independent control of timekeeping modes, split-second timing, cumulative chronograph, and lap timer functions. The Flyback version further enhances its capabilities with an added pilot’s flyback function.

Each model is limited to just 20 pieces, priced at 168,000 Swiss francs (approximately $184,116 USD).
