Golden Yachts unveils renderings of 60m O'Madeleine
Golden Yachts has revealed the first renderings of its latest 60-metre superyacht, O'Madeleine, which is set to launch this summer. The project was commissioned in 2022, with construction beginning in 2023 at the company’s shipyard in Perama, Greece.
The all-Italian design team includes long-time collaborators of Golden Yachts. Massari Design has crafted the exterior guest areas, saloons, staircase, beach area, and sundeck, while Studio Vafiadis is responsible for the sleek exterior lines and superstructure.
O'Madeleine boasts a charter-friendly layout with four guest cabins on the lower deck and a VIP cabin on the upper deck. The main deck hosts the owner’s suite, which features a walk-in closet and an en suite adorned with marble accents.
The yacht's interiors, developed in close collaboration with the owner, blend soft, sculptural furniture with leather ceiling vaults, creating a spacious and airy ambiance. Hidden lighting adds innovative optical effects, while oak dominates the woodwork, paired with bright colour accents, especially in the cabins. Designer Alessandro Massari highlighted the use of premium materials such as stingray leather, hand-carved marble, straw panels, and handwoven rugs, which elevate the yacht’s craftsmanship.
Key social areas include the flydeck veranda with sunbeds, a bar, a lounge, and a bow pool; the main saloon and adjoining formal dining area; and the beach club, which features a spa, Hammam, bar, and lounge. The beach club also connects to a stern platform that can accommodate loose furniture for added flexibility. Additionally, the upper deck offers an al fresco dining area served by an outdoor galley, while the main deck aft includes an intimate lounge with a bar and TV.
O'Madeleine is equipped with a bow garage housing a 7.5-metre dinghy and a five-metre rescue tender, cleverly concealed within the deck. Jet ski storage is located in the beach club.
Golden Yachts has also taken steps to reduce the environmental impact of the yacht’s interiors by minimising the use of lacquers and finishes.
