In a groundbreaking announcement during Miami’s Cultural and Design Week, Rossinavi, the renowned Italian shipyard, has launched its latest masterpiece: Solsea, a hybrid-electric catamaran superyacht designed in collaboration with acclaimed designer Yves Béhar. This innovative vessel sets a new benchmark for sustainable ocean exploration, seamlessly blending luxury with eco-conscious technology.

After three years of meticulous development, Solsea is tailored for active owners who are passionate about exploring the seas and engaging in ocean sports without the need for frequent refueling. The catamaran boasts cutting-edge features, including:

Yves Béhar’s design philosophy emphasises elegance and sustainability, featuring natural materials and solar panels integrated into the yacht’s architecture. “For me, Solsea represents a return to simpler, more respectful ways to enjoy the oceans while integrating the future of efficient propulsion,” Béhar stated.

With a length of 43 meters and a focus on hydrodynamic efficiency, Solsea embodies modern, responsible yachting, proving that luxury can coexist harmoniously with environmental mindfulness.

- Hibernation Mode: When moored, this feature minimises energy consumption, allowing energy collected from solar panels to power nearby properties.
