Группа компаний «Кортрос», международная консалтинговая компания Knight Frank и юридическая фирма Borenius провели в Санкт-Петербурге круглый стол на тему «All Exclusive: сегмент luxury в новых экономических реалиях». По мнению экспертов, самыми востребованными премиальными товарами остаются элитное жилье и автомобили. Яхтенный же бизнес вынужден подстраиваться под новые экономические условия. По словам генерального директора яхтенного агентства Polar Star Олега Гусева, основная тенденция сегодня такова, что у покупателей больше нет потребности в больших судах: «Оптимальный размер – 50-60 футов».
