Компания Moran Yacht and Ship назначена центральным агентом по продаже мегаяхты Step One (55м), Amels. Step One была построена и спущена на воду в 2012 году на голландской верфи Amels и стала первой представительницей серии Limited Edition 180. Экстерьер яхты был разработан Tim Heywood, авторство эксклюзивного интерьера принадлежит Laura Sessa. Яхту отличает огромный внутренний объём, на борту имеется вертолётная площадка, просторная солнечная палуба и 5 роскошных кают.
