В санкт-петербургском «Гранд Отеле Европа (Belmond)» на должность шеф-повара назначен Йен Миннис. Первое впечатление на гостей шеф-повар произвел грандиозным многоярусным тортом на 700 персон для юбилейного торжества. Дальше на очереди воссоздание меню из исторических блюд, которые будут предложены гостям ресторанов «Европа» и «Икорный бар». Стратегические задачи Минниса – запуск ресторана AZIA, который открывается в апреле 2015 года, и обновление меню остальных ресторанов отеля: кафе «Мезонин» и лобби-бара.
