В ТЦ «Лотте Плаза» открылся ресторан азиатской кухни «Лодка». Над дизайном помещения трудились профессионалы из компании EGO-design, которым удалось соединить современный модерн с неустаревающей азиатской классикой и создать теплое и гармоничное пространство, столь необходимое в шумном мегаполисе. Кулинарная часть тоже на высоте — шеф-повар «Лодки», китаец Чен Фан Чин из провинции Шаньдун, виртуозно владеет всеми секретами китайской, японской, сингапурской и малазийской кухни.
