Министр торговли, промышленности и туризма Кипра, присутствовавший на начале строительства первых жилых объектов нового комплекса, официально объявил о наступлении новой эры кипрского туризма. Limassol Marina, находящаяся под управлением компании Cybarco, — крупнейший на Кипре инвестиционный проект, призванный стать одним из самых престижных курортов Средиземноморья. По данным на середину лета, 19 апартаментов на териитории Limassol Marina уже забронированы (18 из них — с собственным причалом для яхты). Управлять мариной и яхт-клубом на территории жилого комплекса будет компания Champer&Nicholsons.
