Здесь все создано для наслаждения природой и едой: шеф-повар ресторана учился у легендарного Флавио Бьязатти и создал меню из шедевров средиземноморской кухни. Одно из фирменных блюд — паста со свежим трюфелем, которую перед подачей заправляют в головке сыра Пармиджано Риджано.
Новый ресторан находится на берегу живописного Бутаковского залива и сюда можно добраться на яхте — в Chalet Simple Pleasures есть свой причал.
