Heysea to build a 36m tri deck motor yacht

Chinese shipbuilder Heysea Yachts has signed a contract to build a 35.92-metre tri-deck yacht, the Asteria 116. On the new Asteria 116, the main deck features a saloon, a bar, and a dining area, with the owner's suite positioned forward. Two VIP suites are located on the lower deck, and the yacht offers overnight accommodation for up to 12 guests in total. The owner also enjoys a private outdoor cinema and a Jacuzzi on the foredeck, while the forward crew quarters comprise three cabins and a mess for seven crew members. The upper deck houses the wheelhouse, the captain's cabin, and a skylounge, which can be converted into an additional owner's suite if needed. Aft, an open sea-facing cabana lounge provides a relaxing space for entertainment and enjoyment. The Asteria 116 is powered by twin 2,000 hp engines, delivering a cruising speed of 15 knots and a top speed of 20.5 knots. Delivery is scheduled for December 2027.
