F1 racer George Russell buys a Pershing 6X yacht

The British Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team driver has officially joined the world of high-performance yachting, selecting one of the most iconic models in Pershing’s cutting-edge fleet. Crafted in Mondolfo, Italy, the Pershing 6X is a 62-foot luxury sport yacht that mirrors the speed, style, and technology Russell is accustomed to in Formula 1.

Propelled by a couple of Arneson surface drives to speeds of over 40 knots, a Pershing 6X is a perfect match for Russel's whirlwind life, allowing the F1 star, his girlfriend and their buddies to move across the South of France to Italy or even Corsica in just a few hours. 



Russell's new acquisition was revealed during Pershing’s 40th Anniversary celebration in Capri, a landmark event that brought together yacht owners, enthusiasts, and celebrities from around the world. 



A part of Pershing’s Generation X range, the Pershing 6X is a lightweight, aggressively styled sport yacht known for its twin MAN V12 1550 engines, carbon-fibre construction, advanced propulsion and steering systems.  Inside, the yacht features a sleek, modern interior with custom finishes, high-tech navigation systems, and open-plan layouts ideal for entertaining or relaxing between Grand Prix weekends.
